Contacted their technical advice department for advice in order to resolve a problem I was having with mirrored doors.Nathan suggested a specific hinge and mounting plate after I had sent some photos.I used what he suggested and everything worked out fine.Quality of their products, coupled with a very fast response, was very impressive!Would certainly use again. Had a new kitchen installed 5/6 years ago which included a couple of high level cupboards that have the Aventos HF lift system installed. On the larger cupboard the soft close part had failed on both mechanisms. I found that there was a removable soft close piston installed and these were leaking hence why it had stopped working. Searched on google to see if I could find replacements to no avail and was considering whether it was worth it to just replace the entire units when I decided to contact Blum directly explaining the problem to see if they could help me source the pistons.Got a response to my email from their technical dept in a matter of minutes stating they will provide new soft close pistons under warranty and to send them a pic of the mechanism label to confirm the required weighting needed. Few days later they arrived in the post, were installed and all sorted.Really good customer service and very impressed with how it was dealt with. Very refreshing in this day and age!

I contacted Blum about a replacement for a broken (but very old) hinge. Andrew House and Martin Schaefer in technical support were super efficient. Can't fault the level of service from this company, brilliant quality too. Many thanks

Technical support is very good! They are quick on email and phone support. I was able to solve an issue with my drawers very easily by sending some photos. The support team were even able to find me a supplier that would send the parts I needed.Definitely recommend!

Superb customer service.After some 35+ years of service some hinges on our kitchen cupboards have started to go (clicking sound and feeling when opening), and one had finally failed totally. They are not fitted to the doors as hinges are today. Removing it I found the Blum logo and contacted them direct to see if there was a direct replacement available.After a brief exchange of e-mails the hinge used is no longer made, but Blum said they would send me a replacement under warranty. A couple of days later a box has arrived with a new set of 24 hinges to replace the hinges on all the doors.

For the past year I have been trying to find the right screws to mend two hinges on one of my kitchen cabinets so I phoned Blum to see if they would sell me a few. They don't provide components so instead they sent me two new hinges free of charge which fitted like a glove. Now that's what I call customer service, great products, great company!!!

If only all companies gave this first class service. I needed a replacement runner for a drawer, their name was on the product so I did a google search and messaged them with a photo, 2 days later I had a new one FOC.Terrific service, can’t recommend them highly enough.Many thanks
