Kenworthy Hypnotherapy

I saw Carmen for just a few sessions in 2019, when I was experiencing some extreme stress after the death of a parent and some subsequent poor life choices.I felt better after the first session, and over the course of a few week I felt calm enough to make good decisions again and make some necessary changes to my life.Years later, I still remember Carmen as the person who picked me up in a time of despair and helped me onto the right path again.The sessions were half talking therapy and half hypnotherapy. The hypnotherapy surprised me, in that it was really effective at calming my mind and allowing me to think much more clearly both in the session and literally forever afterwards.

I visited Karmen a handful of times to in order to help me overcome a fear of mine, Karmen helped me break down all my fears and stripped it all back to the beginning to help find when my fear first begun. Karmen has showed me some great ways to help me find peace when I am feeling anxious and they have really worked.
