I have been an on/off gym goer for a number of years before I decided to join the Fitbox family!The difference between Fitbox and your high street chain gym is the trainers! They are really supportive, from the first day the team have been excellent in helping me achieve my goals.I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that is considering signing up.

I have been a member of Fitbox for about 6 years now and I still love it! I always come away from a session feeling good. The trainers are great and the gym has all the equipment you need. What more could you want!

Fitbox has not only been my gym, but a mentor, really transformed my life for the better. Allowed me to find a hobby, motivate me and help me meet my goal which I would never have done in a normal gym. At Fitbox they push you and really make you work! This is what makes it fitbox. You might give up on yourself but they don’t give up on you.

I've been coming here since they opened in 2014, its got to be the best personal training gym in the local area! There's a range of memberships and something to suit everyone. The trainers are very professional, they make it fun but you get great results! I train 4 times a week, it's part of my routine, I can't imagine life without Staines Fitbox.

Sam and Jess are really looking after us, they offer on tap support, bespoke nutrition advice and tailored gym sessions. Motivation is high and I’m feeling super energised!

I’ve been a member for a couple years and I can’t fault fitbox! The trainers make you work hard but also keep it fun. Can’t recommend enough all the trainers + Sam are super friendly and helpful with any queries/support you need.
