Howie, Kent & Co were engaged to advise and subsequently market my father-in-laws bungalow as a rental property. Tenants were found and all the rental procedures were carried out smoothly and efficiently. The tenants have now been in occupation for 10 months. There have been minor problems with the bungalow and these have been sorted out without fuss keeping me informed at all times. I have no hesitation recommending Howie, Kent as go to" estate agents if intending to rent out a property."
