Really rude staff (woman) . Food was stone cold and ten minutes late. First time ordering and wont ever again. Suggested getting a refund through just eat but they took 40 minutes to mark order as complete and delivered so hindered it. Dont bother. Cheaper and better options in swindon.

I ordered my kerbab from grill box It was not nice to eat it was dry and the only thing was hot was the chips but still dry. Won't be ordering from them again.

ordered by just eat, they scheduled delivery to 21:05. at 21:36 I called the restaurant, told them to wait 5 minutes and received a message for delivery at 21:45 with the possibility of having the refund. I didn't want to, because we must always give a second chance. at 21:45 no one came, I complained again and already asked for the refund. appeared to deliver at 21:55. however their response was: The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order.They say:We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We're really sorry your order was late. We hope you enjoyed your food." they apologized for the first delay

We always buy kebab from grill box, good all the time, but today after we received the food, it was so disappointed, chips chicken very dry , not fresh at all, really hard to swallow, it’s definitely not todays food, will never order from grill box again

Did not receive food even though we waited for a hour and a half already for chips, a kebab and chicken nuggets, the delivery driver did not even turn up to the hotel after waiting over a hour for them and then we called and complained and they had a go at us and laughed and said they had already come out with the food which was untrue and denied giving us a refund. Keep your horrible food to yourself anyways, the man on the phone is horrible and talks over you when you are just trying to complain about the poor service of this unorganized trash place not even a restaurant. Very disappointed to say the least. No food even though we paid for food! REFUNDS ARE NEEDED!

Thoroughly disappointed with the service here. Constant lying about delivery to our hotel and the disgusting attitude when I rang to complain. Do not waste your time ordering from here! DISGRACEFUL! no wonder they have a one star rating!

To cut a long story short.Ordered food from this kebab house.The order was completely messed up wasn't really got for human consumption.The council should do a food hygiene inspection.

This was the worst kebab I've eaten.The whole order was messed up.Chips were well undercooked and I asked for triple fried.Meat missing from kebabs .And a bad stomach all day.The food standards agency should review their rating .Do not buy from this kebab shop.

Me and my friends ordered from here and all I can say is find somewhere else. Even after the food said it would take 1 hour and 15 mins to come we waited an extra 1 hour outside in the cold for our food that i should mention never came. Called them to complain (because we never got our food) for a refund and was met with rudeness and lies like pparently they called us 5 times which never happened and other things that I confirmed with the hotel I was staying at to be false. in all honesty I think they couldn’t be bothered to make our food. After all the rudeness and lies I was refused a refund for food that I never received, but why should I pay for food I never got. My friend got laughed at and talked over and my other friend was just met with rudeness and lies. honestly after all this and reading other people’s reviews I am glad my food didn’t come. If I could rate lower then one star I would.

I’m literally disgusted with how they’ve reacted and haven’t refunded us for something we did not receive. ME and my PARTNER made a delivery that I’ve mentioned has received, he paid by card and the delivery driver had asked some randomer on the streets if there name was so and so obviously not mentioning names and because it was free food they replied yes. The delivery driver should have came to my address and asked that way you don’t just ask someone on the street when you know that they will reply yes. I want a REFUND and I want it now
