Star Hub | Tremofa Gym, Swimming Pool & Fitness Classes | Better | STAR Hub proudly sits at the heart of the Splott, Tremorfa, Adamsdown and Roath communities. This state of the art facility includes an accessible swimming pool which costs a number of sessions including the Better Swim School. Our spacious gym houses all new Technogym equipment – including a Functional Fitness frame to allow for fun and challenging adaptation of traditional workouts. Of course, any Better facility would not be the same without our ever popular fitness classes which day place every day. You can also take a break and enjoy a light refreshment at the café. Make sure that you come and see us or take a look at our interactive tour.

I use the pool regularly and after so many months going have gotten to know some of the staff a little and they're all great and accommodating. The pool itself is fine, it's not very deep (1.8M at it's deepest, which is in the middle of the pool, both ends are shallow) but you can get a good full swim in with its length.

Great lady helped in filling up my son's application for his first UK passport for under 16 .also gave information on application for my British citizenship. Very good and helpful. God bless.

Used the facilities at this hyb on a Saturday morning when my son was playing football.Cafe is nice with friendly service. Toilets are clean.
