To say I am happy with the service provided by Copper Bay Digital so far would be an understatement.Having worked with a few digital agencies, Copper Bay has been the first to really 'get under the hood' of the business, and together, we are working on a strategy to grow my company.The team are knowledgeable, friendly and, even above that, have a scarce quality - they do what they promise! When they set an expectation, they meet it every time.Technically too, they are fantastic. We had been fighting with our conversions tracking for about 18 months, but two weeks into starting work with Copper Bay, everything is working and flying along.My company's future with Copper Bay Digital is looking very bright indeed.

The hosting is absolutely fine, however since business was sold and changed from Copper Bay Creative to Copper Bay Digital, prices have increased quite significantly, plus queried that a previous development work was not done correctly as per request you then want more payment.

Gwent Police were looking to develop a mobile app for Drug Testing on arrest (DTOA). The mobile app was to provide officers with easy access to the DTOA process, roles and responsibilities and associated legislation.Having never created a mobile app before, the prospect was quite daunting. However, Copper bay ensured the whole process was simple, straightforward and stress free. Copper bay were given the brief, the relevant information for the app and went away and created something quite amazing! The app has been rolled out across Gwent to all officers and has received great feedback. Thank you Copper Bay!

Copper bay have build my company a large e-commerce website. Throughout the whole process the service that they have given has been excellent, if i have added on extra functionality they have charged me a fair price and have then explained how i can maintain these functions in the future.
