I have been going to Classic Complexions for the last 14 years and Emma and Pauline are amazing. All treatments get done with a smile and I have never had a bad experience. Keep up your excellent work Pauline and Emma and I hope I am visiting for a few more years.

Lovely Prescription facial this morning with Pauline. She was very helpful, giving me tips on which products would work best on my skin and why. Left with a few lovely samples and a face cleaner. Definitely 10/10

Had an eyebrow waxing appointment with Pauline. Wonderful service, excellent cleanliness and all COVID safe. Pauline has excellent safety measures in place to ensure customer safety. Feel completely safe going to appointments with Pauline.

Great service excellent products reasonably priced. Pauline and Emma are great staff hosts and should you suffer with any medical conditions please let them know as I have found Pauline can come up with some excellent advice and suggestions for managing condition.

Booked 3 weeks ago for an appointment. Turned up today and there's no record. I showed the messages and was told that I'd been rung and a voicemail left to cancel. I've received no voicemail. Changed my whole working schedule to attend this appointment . Very poor service

I always get great service from Classic Complexions and Pauline is very experienced, professional, knowledgeable and above all nice. The Salon is lovely and soothing and very, very clean. I really missed Classic Complexions during lockdown and I am so pleased that they have opened again - God I needed their services!! LOL. Pauline always goes above and beyond for her customers ever continuing to work after recently seriously damaging her wrist so as not to let her clients down. I always feel great after my treatments and would not dream of going anywhere else.

Pauline is extremely well-educated and knowledgeable in her field and always provides a tailored and professional service. The salon is always absolutely immaculate and beautifully presented. I am always made to feel welcome and appreciated - I can’t rate this place highly enough. It is my go to place to feel good. Xx
