Absolute joke of a company so rude they will be being looked at via DVLA ad recorded there phone call to prove how rude and they actually told me to cut it or if they are on the wrong !

Rudest people I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. Neva who works there took my phone number after and called me off of her private phone on no caller id to argue with me personally. That is a breach of privacy and I will be going further with it. I should’ve just used an angle grinder because these people have no rights.

Horrible service i went to this address and spent £100 on a can drove for 2 hours and they said it was closed for over 4 years what a joke. Im going to report this

The NSL Vehicle Pound : seems absurd. While I was away on vacation, my 2car's road tax expired before I could renew it. I had made an appointment with the MOT garage to have my car checked and repaired, but unfortunately, someone vandalized my car during the night. They smashed the window and damaged the steering wheel, resulting in the NSL vehicle pound clamping it. I attempted to contact them, but their lack of an email made it impossible. This raises concerns about how individuals on holiday can communicate with them in the absence of email access, particularly when making phone calls is not feasible due to certain circumstances. After 5-7 days, they towed my car away, giving the impression that it had been stolen. It is disgraceful to think that such a company operates within the boundaries of UK law. People like me have endured considerable stress and frustration. The government should prioritize respect for individuals who are on holiday and not provide any alternative solutions. This behavior is unacceptable, and this company is both inadequate and unreliable

Careful of this company they go on to private land to clamp cars and force there removal by intimidation. When they know they have no rights.They will then ask for you to prove that the land is private land even though they have the ability to check the systems. We need public inquiry to the practices and behaviour of this private company which have the government contracts but is abusing their power. I have video evidence of the illegal practices of this company. Be warned this is a corrupt organisation.

Scam & fraud utter rudeness and unhelpful arrogance

Clamped my car on 6/4/2018 even tho it was taxed how the hell can you clamp a taxed car had to wait nearly an hour for clamp to be removed think you need to train people to do there jobs properly

Worest services ever they should not represent DVLA.. i think DVLA should investigate about this people behavior before giving them the license to work with people. You acn reach to anyone in the company to complain. All channels blocked. Rudest call ceneter ever
