I hadn't eaten all day. my carer hadn't shown up to make breakfast so, after no lunch I ordered a burger for dinner. They said it would be delivered around 8.15p.m. 12 hrs after I should have had breakfast. I had to hang on. Sitting in my wheelchair watching through the window. I eventually went to bed hungry. That was 2 nights ago!!! they didn't answer the phone. Same last night, more calls which nobody answered. Bank confirmed they'd taken the payment. 24hrs without a meal. Nobody responded to the voicemailsclassified urgent.I have just managed to toast a crumpet & sort of butter it before finding it was mouldy right through the middle. I tried phoning again, nobody picked up so I left another message, marked it urgent and more than 24hrs after order was confirmed & delivery was scheduled. I am still evening still starving hungry hungry, waiting for my burger the service because I haven't had any, or the atmosphere. It would have been quicker to drive my wheelchair over to the Arena but so may people park on the pavements that people like me have to drive on the road. I'm partially sighted, nearly been hit by a bus I didn't see. I don't care about the atmosphere; won't be going there to sample it.

I came to this burger king for the first time with my family and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and clean lobby which is rare to see in big restaurants. Food tasted great. Definitely would recommend

Rubish customer service and extremely rude stuff. They throw the food on your face and showing the facial expressions of like they give you free food. I know they are tired and busy but shouldn’t show the customers attitude

Dirty place where representatives have poor hygiene standards. Rude customer service and they allow Deliveroo drivers to steal food. Would stay away.

Extremely poor customer service. We waited 30 minutes in the restaurant to find out that they had forgotten our order! Luckily we had a receipt but they offered no apology only a refund. The restaurant was very quiet and staff must have seen us sat waiting but seemed to ignore us. When asked what had happened the staff were rude and wouldn’t take responsibility for the error. Not a great experience here!

Management really need to sort there staff out! Literally just been through the drive thru and the women through the speaker made it very difficult to order and was making it difficult to pay and hand me over the drinks. I had parked close enough to the window and she was purposely not extending her arms so I really struggled to pay as I couldn’t reach the card machine and she had really bad attitude then did the same with the drinks so my partner had to literally get out of the car and grab them off her! Also, the lady that brought the food to our car really needed to put a smile on her face. What kind of customer service is that! Sort it out Burger King.

Food very good. Service not really. They talk very quiet, struggle to understand. After food I go to toilet and they cleaned my table, where was 3/4 of my drink. After speak with them I was get drink, but they put a lot of ice and was taste like water. One of staff told me I should be informed them I'm going to toilet!!! No, no, no they should be know people don't live they 3/4 of drinks, it's should be waiting a minute for in case someone go toilet. Not recommended!! Staff need more training!!

I got a very poor experience eating in here. Very long wait, not pleasant staff, no cleaning in eat in area. Every one wait for so long and then people start to ask and complain. It is definitely not a pleasant experience having food from here. No wonder there is very low rush here. To finish with a positive note: the fries were crisp and tasty.
