Used as a Samsung repair agent under Samsung warranty,the customer service from the receptionist and first engineer was excellent,polite respectful and patient had a bit of a laugh and joke with both.Initial visit part has to be ordered, same-day got call to say the part will be available on Wednesday 28 Dec 22, arrived promptly and second engineer was also very friendly polite and humourous.Great experience dealing with this company,I would definitely use personally going forward .

Having worked with Scott and the team for over 12 months for our contract work, we find them very responsive, always willing to help in an emergency situation and all round great service! Will continue working with them for years to come!

Engineer was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing with our Samsung washing machine. Very knowledgeable and sorted the issue we was having with it. Very happy.

Engineer arrived via manufacturer Beko to try and fix my condenser tumble dryer which I had only had a matter of months before developing a fault. First engineer didn't even bother to dismantle product. Just looked and said he knew what the issue was and would have to order a part. Several days later, was contacted advising part was in. Took another day off work for engineer to come and fit. This time different engineer who took product apart and stated it was a different fault, not one last engineer stated! Again had to wait for part to be ordered. Another several days later, was contacted to state part was in. Another day off work waiting for repair. Engineer arrived, was a different one again. Part was fitted. Product never tested. Engineer left. On testing product still faulty. Tried to contact but no answer and no opportunity to leave message and answer machine full. Today, contact Beko direct to be informed cannot get another repair, refund or replacement as engineer has stated product tested and working fine. Now only option to go through legal action due to engineer falsifying reports. My advice don't use this Company and definitely don't buy from Very or Beko!

Waited for 9 days for washing machine repair, engineer said he'd repaired the leak. He left, I put the washing in and it flooded everywhere. I spent such a long time on the phone being passed backwards and forwards and being told no one could come back until next Tuesday - 6 days later! It was only when my husband said he would go down to the offices to speak to a manager that they suddenly said the engineer would return. Two very unhelpful guys on the phone whom I wont name on here.

A Customer Service" representative - who refused to give me her name has possibly provided me with the worst conversation I have ever had with a service provider EVER. I don't think i have ever spoken with anyone so rude. She refused to give me the e-mail address of a manager who I needed to speak to since one of their engineers caused damaged to our worktops. I am beyond words of how "she" actually spoke to me"

Awful service - ordered the wrong part and then lied to us to say the part was not made anymore and they had no record of the part number anymore. Told us the dishwasher was a write off when in fact we just needed to order the right part - now fixed!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Richard came to fix my washer dryer he was he was polite on time he was fab

Came in very polite. I was on a call upstairs, daughter showed him to the kitchen explained the problem, which he was already aware of. I left him to it. Solved the problem in no time. Very efficient and friendly too.
