Amazing briquette logs . We'd used hardwood logs from the DIY sheds but will now be using these. They burn longer with higher heat output, produce less ash and staining on our stove glass and all for a great price! So easy to use too :)

I have to say that i'm essentially a convert as these certainly put out more heat and last longer than traditional logs. Additionally, the glass remains clean and there is far less ash.They do not behave in the same way as traditional logs however, thus, here are a few tips:1) These get hot! Don't overload the stove as it could crack. Snap one log in half or thirds to start with.2) These are somewhat more similar to coal in as much as the embers burn hot. For there to be less ash, you need to let them burn down for longer than you would logs, judge it on heat, not what you see.3) Place these at the back of the stove, they expand and become flakey, if they hit the glass, they are not structually sound to support their own weight and the embers will fall out.Again, very impressed with these.
