These guys went above and beyond. I had lots of items to clear to raise money for my fundraiser. They came when they said they would. I would recommend them every time. Gave us a great price compared to others

Very few companies today provide a reliable service. Roberts Recycling belong to the rare breed who do offer first class customer service. I had four bags of clothes to be collected - booked online 2 days ago. Polite driver collected the bags at 7.30am today, after Roberts Recycling had informed me bags would be collected today. Daryl at the helm answered all my email enquiries quickly, professionally, competently. Five stars all round and a big thank you from a satisfied customer.

Communication was great! Had a phone call from collection driver to say when he would be here and he was exactly on the time he said.My collection driver was friendly but professional.I will definitely use this service again and with definitely recommending to friends and family.Great all round company!HIGHLY RECOMMEND you won't go wrong.Thankyou

A couple of weeks ago I thought I’d thrown a bag in a clothes recycling bin with my families four passports in. I was in a total panic as I was going abroad in less than 48 hours. The nice people at Roberts Recycling were going to send someone the next morning at 8am to open the container even though they weren’t due till the following week. I live in Llandudno and I believe the recycling centre is in Liverpool. Luckily I found the passports the following morning at 7am so was able to stop them having a wasted journey. Many thanks for what you were prepared to do for me.

Awful! Would leave 0 Stars but not able to. Arranged for a charity collection. Waited in all morning. Rang to get ETA. Told that job had not been booked in. Lady in office promised to look into it and call back... she didn’t! Called again only to be told that the driver had “just” sent her a message to say he wasn’t coming. Unprofessional service, girl in office sounded like she couldn’t be arsed. Thanks for wasting my time.

The communication and wording used requires some improvements. I had to chase up all the time for a response and when I did get a response it was a case of unfortunately not interested. I am not against the result but the way how communication was handled and wording used needs improving on. I'm not sure how things would have went had they been interested in what I wanted to donate but considering the above am in a way happy that the director is not interested". Am leaving this review so others can look elsewhere to donate their stock as this place is selective and you'll be chasing for a response.Edit to add as response: They weren't plastic phone cases but were a mixture of phone cases - branded and unbranded
