MGC Servicing in Nottingham Service, Volkswagen, Alfa Romeo, Audi and Mini

I visited this garage for the first time after having a bad experience at another garage and they were brilliant. Great communication on what they were going to do and called me up to explain what they had found etc so that I could understand. Lovely friendly team and I would definitely recommend to others!

A very friendly garage who looked at our car to diagnose the problem and fixed it the next week, all for less than the local main dealer wanted just to look at it!Gave us the use of a courtesy car for the day and everything sorted.Highly recommended.

A warning indicator light came on on Sunday which meant urgent attention was needed. I rang MGC on Monday morning and they fitted me in on Tuesday. No fault of theirs the repair couldn’t be done that day but, once I explained I was driving to Scotland on Friday they fitted me in on the Wednesday; the urgency of the work meant they had to order the part from a more expensive supplier but only 50% of the additional cost was passed on to me. Everyone was helpful, professional and excellent. This is the first time I have used MGC for my Audi but it won’t be the last

Well what can I say about mgc servicing they are absolutely fantastic Mike and the team.I went in for a big job (engine) and other bits and pieces and I'm pleased to say that I'm not at all disappointed at all. Mike kept me informed about what needed doing and was working hard to get it done on time.I was super impressed and all my concerns was put to ease after talking with Mike.I would just like to say that if any body as has been let down with other garages PLEASE PLEASE go there no job to small for them and in future I shall take all my car needs there as it's local to where I live

Not the best experience i read great reviews about this garage but my experience using them is not great, i took my audi q7 for a full service which wasa great price they gave me £303 all in, the problem i encounted was the technician who did the service left black oil stains all over the drivers side carpet and trim, i rang the garage to inform them and to be fair they did say bring it back and they would sort it, although i didn't fancy driving back to Nottingham in the works traffic so i cleaned it myself.A more concerning issue i was told the car was due a DSG gearbox service at 4 years or 40000 miles so i rang Audi dealership in Mansfield and Nottingham to check and theyinformed me this is not the case as the Q7 gearbox is a sealed for life unit and does not require any maintenance at all.Whats concerning is MGC claim to be Audi specialist so i would have thought they would have been aware of this, needless to say i have now took out a service plan with Audi Nottingham for my next 2 services a bargain really £470 for 1 full service and 1 oil change a 2 year service plan.I feel this would give me better peace of mind also the service history will be uploaded Audi service history system as MGC does not have the ability to do this.

Mike is always helpful and provide prompt response for my CX-5.My friend CX-5 got hand brake problem and I refer to Mike without booking. Mike is flexible and understand my friend pain to adjust the time slot to help my friend immediately. Under his professional team, my friend's car get diagnosed and fix the it next day! My friend said my referral is perfect and save his days in this cold weather.I definitely will refer MGC and Mike to my friend.Mike真的幫了我們一個大忙，尤其是對我們初來英國的外地人， 我誠意推薦給大家。(FYI main dealer does mean better or better:My friend originally dropped the car to the Mazda main dealer, Sandicliffe on last Tuesday and they said will diagnose the problem on last Thursday. But on that day they said no time slot and need to diagnose the problem in 21 Dec, need to wait a month just for diagnose, not fixing! While asking their help, just keep repeat saying it is dangerous and not allow us to drive but no any remedy solution e. g. , courtesy car, earlier schedule for checking... They feeling is you speaking to the machine and they just repeating the model answer without consider customer pain and no flexibility.)

One call late Tuesday. Car fixed within 1hr next day! Whilst they were very busy. Top class service.Ps. Don’t try and change a Guiletta dipped beam bulb! Leave it to the professionals here.

Mike and the team have been absolutely amazing. They fitted my work van in short notice to change all the injector seals. Job complete within 24hrs. Saved me losing a whole week or more of income being without it. Couldn't be happier! Great service start to finish.Thank you!
