Could not be more pleased with the work. A full garage conversion completed professionally and with skill, expertise. A good two way relationship relating to decision and choices as the project progressed and given options and knowledge which helped achieve the conversion we pictured. I would definitely use Boakes Builders again and recommend - the price was right, the relationship was professional and friendly, the finished work looks fabulous and we’re very pleased.

Absolutely brilliant job on my new patio and the slabs used look so good especially when it rains, beautiful colours. BBS worked so hard preparing the ground especially as there were so many roots left from the old hedge. Everything left clean and tidy at the end and all for a very good price. I would definitely recommend using BBS, they deliver on what is agreed and quoted and have a great work ethic.

I used Boakes Building Services to repair our garden fence. Lee did a superb job. He provided a thorough assessment of the work, provided useful suggestions what materials to use and what the plan of work would be. He showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly, efficiently and as scheduled. The communication via email and by phone was excellent throughout. I highly recommend this company for general repair, garden landscaping and construction needs.

Lee Boakes was recommended to us by a friend, Lee carried out repointing work for us and as the weather was so bad he even popped into our house and did some plumbing works. His quote was really reasonable he organised the scaffolding. He arrived on time. His work was supper quality and I would deffinatly hire him again. He is friendly, he cleaned up after and did exactly what he quoted plus plus.
