Lived here for 10 months and it’s been perfect. James has been a great help with any query, and a special shoutout to Abraham for always being so helpful! Great place to live.

I'm in my second year of living here and everything has been perfect so far, I had a few issues when I first moved in which is expected with a brand new flat but everyone was great and helpful getting these sorted! James was always in contact making sure the stuff was getting done for me! The flats are absolutely stunning and the furniture that comes with them are great, I get lots of compliments from friends and family about how nice the flat and building is! The concierge staff also can't be any more helpful all really lovely

I would advise anyone thinking of moving here to check and double check and photograph every imperfection when you move in. When you leave you have to fight for your deposit back and all the things that were not correct in the first place are charged back to you when you leave.The reception staff are very lovely and helpful and the building itself is very nice to live in.

Absolutely disappointed after an one-year stay. Firstly it’s the terrible soundproofing. Every sound and speaking can be heard from surrounding apartments is unbelievable. Secondly it’s the irresponsible and unreasonable building manager called James, who knows nothing about respecting and privacy. He and his constructors entered my apartment without permission again and again, and left their belongs in my place such as bottles and cigarette butts. If anyone choose to stay here, don’t expect James to provide any services when you need help or anything in your apartment goes wrong, because everything he can do is judging you first and passing the buck back to you. I would suggest every new tenants, don’t waste your time on dealing with him, call the police directly.

After a year of staying here, I can say I’m extremely disappointed.Lovely flat and all but NO luxury experience was provided. They charged me deposit and so much rent, but didn’t have the professionalism of delivering a clean flat to me when I first moved in!But have the audacity to charge me for stains in between tiles of the toilet??!! Like I wasn’t supposed to live there!During winter I had leaks on my ceiling and walls. They decided to fix it after 5 months of continuously chasing them. The contractors would leave their dirt and dust for me to clean after their job was done. Their project manager (I don’t even understand why he’s even a project manager!) MR PAUL HUGHES had the audacity to talk back to me when I complained about how shabby the building was built! There was a huge crack behind my radiator due to the leaks, my radiator was left on the floor for a good 7 months. When I complained about it, I was told that I didn’t chase it enough??There is an app for the radiators to provide the so called luxury experience"

The eight is a lovely building, James who organises all the viewings, new tenants and current tenants makes the whole often stressful experience of looking for a property so easy. He goes above and beyond and always replies to emails promptly. He is very friendly and helpful and definitely makes the Eight feel like such a welcoming place.

A very comfortable and well designed place to live in the city centre.James the manager has been more than great and very professional whenever we needed something. Never had to wait for days to have things fixed!The reception is amazing and the building has 24/7 security and a gated parking.

Currently in our second year of living here, love the building and it’s location, the furniture is of good quality. James from Iliad has been a massive help and reply’s instantly if we have any issues. The best thing though has to be the concierge staff especially Abraham, He Goes above and beyond his role for us. Can be noisy if your apartment faces the newly built road/car park but apart from that we’ve enjoyed our time living here so far.

Beautifully designed flats in an ideal area of the city. Everything is modern and the building it’s self tends to be quite quiet, never much noise from other flats. Receptionist are also lovely and always helpful too. Would recommend highly.
