I've been hear 5 times got worse each visit. Not a clean place nothing cleaned ready for next customer. Never the same stuff. Young inexperienced stuff doing a really bad job and charging to much. My last ever visit I walked out with the worst haircut I've ever had in my life and my family and friends asked who cut my hair as such a bad job done I Will not recommend to anyone.

Me and my son came for a haircut the other day. I must say I haven’t been here since the girls as moved out of the area but I’ll give a hats up to these young boys they smashed it. Very friendly and Gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a very long while! Will definitely be a regular.

Don't know how to deal with young children that needs a hair cut. No interaction just stares awkwardly towards the parents. Haircut nothing like the picture chosen and not even styled once cut. If I was there instead of my partner I wouldn't of paid!

Very good service. We took our 1 year old for a hair cut. Cameron was great with him, very patient and understanding. We will continue to use the barbers

Very nice friendly staff.1st time of visiting Jonesy's & the young lady done a great job (No2 blended in with finger high cut on top).Will definitely get a cut here again.

Once again waited over 30 mins for someone to turn up at shop, supposed to be open at 9:30am, now 10am. I have a busy day and this is only the second time been and same problem with the first. Sorry guys I need reliability. Another customer lost.

Since moving to Wroxham, this barbershop has been brilliant with me, and I've enjoyed my experience every time I've come in. The lad in there is excellent, and I appreciate all his effort. My only criticism is that's I've been two times, in the last week and it's been closed. When can we expect it to be open again? Thank you, all the best

Spent two hours waiting to be seen in this walk in only" barbers listening to lady manager telling callers they do not do appointments. Then when my turn came she took in someone who was three turns behind me with no rationale or apology to the rest of us who were there before! Appalling customer service. Later went to new Turkish barbergam who were brilliant and gave drinks as part of service. I know where I am going on future."
