Good work and happy with who carried it out.Unfortunately towards the end of the job we recieved 2 bills adding an extra £1200 onto the job which we wasn't given warning of whilst the work was being done.The extra charges were for things that we'd stated we wanted from the start but had been misquoted for leaving us to pick up the full bill. We offered to split the extra 50/50 as a compromise but was offered to have some materials picked up if we wasn't happy to pay.Felt let down in the end by the communication aspect of not being updated on further charges whilst work was going ahead and that when disputing mistakes that weren't ours, were met with offers to pick up Materials. Not the best note to leave on after spending over 12k with them.

Started well but lots of extras added at the end, path has fallen away twice since Sept 2021 they come back once and now no replies. looks like that may have gone bust but I'm sure they will pop up again.
