Total chaos, extremely poor communication, distant from your sale and hugely lacking in experienced staff - avoid. A lot of promise but underdeliver on service and professionalism, do not get sucked in.

A largish estate agency with decent inventory but in our experience as purchasers their various staff were inconsistent ranging from unprepared, passive and uninformed. We would not choose them if we had other options.
