We moved into our home in October 2022 and decided to get a snagger in as we had no idea what we were looking for in terms of snagging. Marc was excellent from the moment we contacted him. The price was so reasonable and Marc was here for hours checking every inch of the property, both indoors and outdoors. He checked over areas that we specifically pointed out that we were unsure of. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really professional. He was able to answer questions we had and was happy to chat through specifics. We cannot fault the service at all. The snagging report was with us within 24 hours and was so detailed. We cannot recommend Marc enough! Great service and a really lovely guy!

Flawless service provided for my new build and the quality of the report is next to none. Issues found I’d never even imagine to look for. Countless hours spent looking at every millimetre of the house by Marc and a really lovely guy too so would recommend service without a second thought. If you’re debating a snagger then debate no further is all I can say. Cheers again mate appreciate it

Snag master did a very professional and thorough job. I felt reassured and confident in discussing the issues that needed fixed with the builder. The after care has also been great. I highly recommend Snag Master to anyone purchasing a new build.

Can’t recommend Snag Master Scotland enough. Very thorough with great attention to detail. Spent all day at the property and explained the expected standard where issues were found.Added bonus of receiving drone footage of our new house is great.

Absolutely amazing, I would 100% recommend to anyone buying a new build house. I wouldn’t have noticed 90% of the snags he did and it helps having a documented report to refer to. First class service - tempted to ask him to come back after the repairs have supposedly been made. Thank you so much!
