We used Duncan Yeardley in Crown Wood to sell my brother’s house after he died. The whole team were very friendly and professional. They gave advice on selling an unoccupied property and assisted in arranging repairs for some plumbing issues. They kept us updated regarding viewings and developments. They showed great local knowledge and of the market in general. Being just around the corner was very convenient and the staff were always helpful and willing to answer all our questions. We have had the pleasure of dealing with DY estate agents on two occasions over the last few years. I cannot speak highly enough of both Judy & Mandy. They have gone out of their way to keep us updated at silly hours, taken my barrage of phone calls and provided all we could ask for and more with a sense of humour and care along the way.They are friendly, funny and caring and you really do get the feeling that they want to do nothing more than find that all important new home for you. Even if it isn't always a straight forward process.

We have been searching for the perfect house for a long time now and recommended houses by plenty of other estate agencies which never fully filled the brief of what we needed & wanted.
