My wife and I ordered two Apeer composite doors to replace our old draft front door and utility door. We we really pleased with the service we received. We found the whole process stress free and we'll be using them again. The old doors were removed with no damage to the existing render or plaster. The installer was highly skilled and experienced and has done a very neat job. Our only concern was that there were no samples of the glass for the front door, only pictures so we took a bit of a gamble. Lucky for us it paid off, we love it. I'd recommend Apeer doors too, all the features that Everest put into their doors only a third of the price.

What a fantastic company! I called them for help as vulnerable relative who lives locally had an issue with a door that would not lock. This was an older door fitted by another company. I do not live locally so was explaining the problem 'blind so to speak'. The staff member who took my call (Tracey) was very professional and so helpful. She took my details to call me back, as the next availability for an engineer was the next day. She called me back within 15 minutes to say they had arranged for the Foreman to attend straight away as my relative was vulnerable and they wanted to help. They attended what was a difficult job, and the manager also turned up to help resolve. The repair could not be made at the time, as it requires specialist equipment that only a locksmith can use, so they ensured the door was left secured by other means, and would not take payment. I don't think you can ask for better service than that, it was really kind and really appreciated. If that is the level of service they give to strangers who haven't spent any money with them, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Thank goodness for local companies like this one.

I do not recommend this company for vertical sliding windows unless you want draughty windows. They refuse to come and rectify the matter and my whole experience of their after care service is extremely distressing and frustrating.I originally contacted the company because there were several issues with the windows, including off square and draughty bathroom window and a landing window which didn’t open and close properly. The engineer came to correct the landing window opening fault on the second visit and at no time did he inspect any other windows. On the second visit your fitter agreed there was a draught problem with the bathroom window after I asked him to look at it again. They left without properly inspecting the landing window for a draught because they had fixed the issue with it opening and closing (they glanced at it and said it was ok). Also, neither of them bothered to wear masks.5/8/21 ー I have had the window inspected by an experienced professional who confirms there is a visible daylight gap, the window is concave (see photo) because it hasn’t been packed properly from outside.

From start to finish the process of getting all new windows and two doors has been amazing.From initial call, Steve came out to give a quote. No pressure, just measured for about 20 minutes asked what kind of things we wanted eg double or triple glazed, composite or UPVC doors. Wouldn’t talk about prices just that he would email the quote which was a fixed price ‘take it or leave it’. What a refreshing way to do business. The quote came through a day later, very competitive and easy to understand.Went to the show room to look at the windows, again no pressure. Said we wanted to go ahead and detailed exactly what we wanted. Price changed slightly, but because of what we asked for, only about £80 difference. Arranged a surveyor to come and do final measurements, he took about 20 minutes and went away.Waited for two weeks then they gave about 4 days notice before fitting, two guys, Ken and Trev, came about 10 am and I had to leave them to it. Fitted all upstairs (5) windows first day, second day 5 windows downstairs fitted. Day 3 and doors and last window went in. You honestly couldn’t tell workmen had been. Immaculately tidy and clean.Quality seems very high, almost no noise comes in house now and the house is MUCH warmer.Every time I called the office, to pay 20% deposit and then when fitted the remainder the staff were polite friendly and very professional.An absolute pleasure to deal with, and couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks for great new windows and doors.

Had 4 external doors replaced and am please with the quality of work, price was very competitive. Fitters were professional, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Doors provided with a 10yr warranty which gives peace of mind.Did not give 5 stars as install date slipped and communication around this could have been much better.

We recently had front and garden doors installed by Barry, who is not only a friendly and pleasant chap but also a very skilled professional. We couldn’t be happier with the results, our entrances look so much better! The installation was done to an exceptionally high standard (finishes and all), and the doors themselves look fantastic. The entire process, from our initial visit to the showroom and initial chats with Lee, all the way to the completion, was a great experience. I highly recommend their services!

Roofline facia and gutters replaced for my elderly mother. The fitters were hugely respectful to her and her needs during instalation. Professional serevice from start to finish. Great value, a quarter the price of another quote that we recieved! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely appalled with this company. They are fraud.I spent over £4000 on a door and 4 windows.The quality of the windows are awful. The handles are stiff and malfunctions. They were installed last year and since then they have visited many times to fix ongoing issues with the hinges and other stuff.They look cheap quality. Installer was extremely rude and unprofessional. He left the gaps around the windows and the door unsealed. When asked to do it again, became abusive. They kept me waiting for months and when they finally arrived with the order the glass type and sizes were wrong. Absolutely frustrated by them.Now im asking them to fix the handles and they are making all sort of excuses.Avoid them and take your money somewhere else.

We used St Neots Windows to fit new fascias, soffits and guttering. The fitters were very efficient, punctual and friendly, and cleared up any mess that they made. The new roofline has improved the appearance of the house and we are really pleased with the result.
