I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your [Toyota Romford ]. I had scheduled an appointment specifically for tire replacement, hybrid parts and had clearly communicated this need when making the appointment. Regrettably, my encounter with your customer service team was nothing short of a waste of my time.To start, I had taken a day off from work to accommodate this appointment, expecting a seamless and efficient service. However, upon arriving at the dealership, I was informed that the necessary tires were unavailable. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had made the appointment well in advance and explicitly mentioned the purpose of the visit.The most concerning aspect of this situation was the lack of proactivity and problem-solving exhibited by your staff. Instead of finding a solution or offering alternatives, they simply stated that the required parts were not in stock and offered no further assistance or timeline for when they might become available. This lack of communication and effort on their part left me feeling unheard and inconvenienced.Taking a day off from work is a significant sacrifice, and I expected that my appointment would be handled with professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I left your dealership with my issue unresolved and a profound sense of disappointment in Toyota's customer service.

One of my cars was taken to the dealership for a problem with a noise and non starting issues when left for a few days when away at work due to battery low voltageAs it starts when it’s at dealers as it’s driven there they can’t do any thingNoise when driving over 20/30mph bearing noise in drive trainLeft pickup running for 2 hours in and went on a short test drive no fault foundPicked the car up and got picked up by Mrs and noise is there still what a joke the place isWill be using hills for the next set of vehiclesMaybe get some lone carsUpdate called a few times only to have phone picked up and put down on my it’s rude staff that cost your company customers and I will come down to speak to your service manager but I would not hold my breath knowing this place it’s a problem with the phone no the staff picked up the phone and put it down pure and simple hire more staff to look after your customers is my adviceToday is the 1st of DecemberI can’t stress how rude some people are in this companyDon’t worry have your back Ronald the rat is available to take phone calls if required

Today I collected my new car and was looked after by Ronnie. She was very professional and went to great lengths to ensure that I was totally happy with the whole process.Being an older driver I was not comfortable doing things paperless, she was very kind and printed everything for me so that I could do things the old fashioned way. Her help and consideration was very appreciated and I can’t thank her enough.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this young lady to friends and family.A credit to the company.Thank you Ronnie.

Great experience with buying my first ever brand new car!Mo was super reliable, and despite some setbacks he worked really hard to keep us moving forward. He also has a very kind and polite phone manner which I appreciated during this time, and even though he took over from someone who left the business, he did an amazing job to keep me informed and updated to ensure the transition was kept as smooth as possible.Ronnie was also exceptional in managing my collection day and kindly took me through everything I needed to see/know about within the car itself. Her approachable manner made me feel as though I could ask all my questions (no matter how small/silly!) and she spent the time to make sure I was feeling comfortable before I drove off.Tom was also really kind and made sure to get to know us before we completed our paperwork, and talked through any outstanding questions we had.A truly great bunch of people working at this branch - not to mention, the most delicious hot chocolate whilst you wait!! Thank you team Toyota Romford!Please note: I would have given 5 stars but due to some of the pick-up experience being quite stressful I have decided to give 4 stars. I've also found my parking sensors aren't working so I'm having to go back/forth to solve this.

I recently purchased a Toyota from this branch and had the complete pleasure of Hakan guiding me through the sale process; he sorted out all the paperwork for the purchase, the GAP insurance and the service plan, he answered all my questions over the phone and via email, he even drove all the way to Birmingham to drop my newly purchased car off. Truly a hassle free purchase. If you're visiting this branch ask for Hakan, he delivered above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

After doing a lot of research I decided the Toyota Yaris GR Sport was the perfect car to suit my needs. The biggest mistake I made was choosing to buy it from Steven Eagell Romford branch. They rarely speak to you when you call, never call you back, one salesman/manager was very aggressive. When they want your money they are on it but when you want something like your car or your part exchange money they palm you off with excuses. I hope it’s just this branch that’s like this as I will be having my services somewhere else and expect to be treated better.

Had a good experience with buying my first new car for 20 years! - ask for Bryce who was most helpful.He was always happy to help and very willing to find the right answers to those questions that he didn't already know the answer to.A couple of minor issues on the day of collection, but they were dealt with to my complete satisfaction, so no problems there!Also worth mentioning is the fact that when waiting for paperwork to be checked for my car, hearing other members of the Toyota team, be it from sales or servicing, and how they dealt with other customers only reinforces the attentive and professional manner of all the staff there.Overall, a great car purchase with a great salesman.
