Build-A-Bear Workshop - Westminster Bridge

Very small, not much choice for birthday bears-like outfits etc. Limited choice. Very noisy to record voice. Comouters were on to record but we were told they were broken so had to record my voice into white lil box. Wasnt happy. Kids very happy with their teddies.

It’s very fun to create your own bear.The staff is also very friendly with the kids.What a pity you can’t dress the kind of plushy I got.

I travelled here with my daughter for her birthday to get there for when it opened at 10am to then go to the aquarium next door after at 10:45. I wanted it to be nice and relaxed and for her to build a birthday bear and she was really excited to make a bear. She had some birthday money she was going to spend on some clothes for the bear too.The shop opened 10 mins late which was extremely annoying as we were already in a time limit and left us all waiting in the cold.When we got in I said that we were there to make a birthday bear to which the assistant said she didn’t think they had any. She checked and said they didn’t. I asked if there was any other similar bear my daughter could make and she said she would have to speak to her manager. The manager came and was absolutely useless! They has a very patronising tone and said that they didn’t know what to do and couldn’t help and just brushed us off completely. I mentioned that my plan was to buy some clothes so it wasn’t just the bear but they didn’t seem to care or offer any other solution. They mentioned they had to check with their manager! Were they not the manager then?! I said where are they and they said he was out because he had a big delivery of lots of stock yesterday (clearly not!!) would never visit again! You would think a shop aimed at children would think of other solutions or offer another bear or SOMETHING instead of a computer says no attitude.Completely useless waste of space ‘’manager” and shop

Jodie was an absolute delight from the moment we entered the store. It was very quiet and she had probably had a long day but Jodie was exuding personality throughout our experience with a massive smile on her face. You can’t teach the customer service she gave us. My boyfriend was treating me to Stitch and she made us both feel extremely comfortable. Keep being your bubbly, warm and friendly self. An absolute asset to Build A Bear. Made our day special and one to remember!

This build a bear is very small and very hidden and it was really hard to find it, i decided to get a highland cow from there (nornally they are online exclusive so i was lucky) and i named him david, the staff is so friendly and respectful, i hope to come again soon

The directions Google maps gave to the shop from the Waterloo station were awful! I had no idea where the entrance to the shop was, and I was going round and round the huge building. The entrance is in the river side!A staff member was really kind for letting me in even though the shop was about to close. I was really worried if I missed the chance to visit the shop before I had to leave England. I am so thankful!

Our second year coming to the Build-a-bear workshop for a birthday bear and we can’t fault it at all! The lady who helped us make Alex’s bear was incredible and made sure her experience was one to remember!

Lovely experience. Yes, the quality of the teddy bears are nice but we are leaving the review only because of Kashmira.(at least what it said on the tag). We know how hard it’s to find establishment with great service these days in London. Don’t lose her. Thank you.
