Visited last week on the thursday was mid afternoon and only three customers in. A lady with a walking stick came an sat with me. Her stick fell to the floor and the assistant just stepped over it I got up walked around the table and picked up her stick. The bacon was really nice but the roll seemed chewy. With 24 years in retail food management I call this stale bread. Not the best impression for a first visit luckily there are better cafes with far superior service to give my custom to..

Quite appalled to be abruptly told we could not move the table a foot along so I could sit in my wheelchair at the table and then been told by the same blonde bobbed haired lady said move your blocking the entrance even though there was 4 foot space behind me. Think she needs some sensitivity training towards disabled customers and customer service training. As giving people dirty looks and her wording and tone was disgraceful.
