Brolaw

I self built my own home this year. I used Brolaw for all of the plumbing, new water main, new gas main, new boiler, new central heating, new underfloor heating, new kitchen, and the highlight was the 3 new bathrooms which far exceeded what I was expecting!I would describe Dave as polite, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended

Very doggy and dishonest trader. Had a bathroom completed in March. Told I had abestos when I did not in order to cut corners. Chipped tile on edge and was told to put up with this as new tiles would be wrong batch!!Been charged labour for days when the other labourer was not there!!!There are lots of other points however when asked, I'm told I'm self employed and don't get time. Messages to prove all this.Too late all this matter are in the hands of the TRADING STANDARD AGENCY who will be investigating.

We have had several jobs done by Brolaw over several years, the last being a complete central heating system. Dave has always been keenly priced, polite and most importantly turns up when he says he’s going to. Would not hesitate in recommending Brolaw

I feel I should address the negative review from mr jo che. In short I was asked to complete his bathroom and boiler works, I did both to a very high standard. I had quoted prior to works and actually charged him less than the quoted amount as I have completed it in less time. He then became unhappy with me when I was unable to do works on a separate property for him. At that point he took some offence to me for what reason I’m unsure !I have pictures of his bathroom that clearly shows the quality of work done, I have been in this trade for over 20years and never had any complaints before or indeed after his job, my only downfall is that I don’t encourage enough customers to leave me reviews.May I add that he made mention of trading standards who I would have welcomed as I know they would have told him straight that the workmanship was excellent but unfortunately as far as I’m aware they were never involved.Anyone wanting work done, I would ask you to be open minded and accept that occasionally a customer can get upset through no reason if your own.
