IMO Car Wash

Has the FSX service. I’m very happy with the result. Much better than a standard car wash machine

Very disappointing experience, would not recommend to anyone and will not return.I had asked for an interior/exterior cleaning specifying that I had recently bought the car second hand and I would like it to be properly cleaned and polished. The man that attended me recommended the £40 valet package and so I went with that. After about an hour when I returned I immediately noticed that the boot carpet still had a considerable amount of dirt in it and a few marks as if someone had tried to hoover in a rush. Things only got worse in the front, the cupholder had something like coke spilled in it and I could see that it was still there untouched, the door bins were untouched as well as the lower parts of the seats where they hadn't even bothered to pass the hoover. The sun visors still had finger marks that came off with just a wet wipe afterwards, and I could see that they hadn't even applied any silicone to the plastic parts as they looked white and discoloured.I asked to speak to the manger but he said in a dismissing tone that I won't get my money back.At no point did he try to apologize or acknowledge that the only thing they did was to lightly hoover. He just told me that they're closing and it is what it is.Being with my wife and two children I didn't argue much and just left but will definitely never go back there nor would I recommend it to anyone unless you're willing to pay £40 for a light hoovering.

Awful carwash. I paid for a mini valet of my car and they had literally given it a wipe over with a damp cloth. I still had rubbish in side of doors and seats had not been hoovered or cleaned properly. My bank card also mysteriously disappeared from the car during the 20 mins it was left unattended with them. I have been before and not had a problem with them, this time it was a different person in charge and the service was awful.

Got the inside cleaned for the first time and will be the last time. I understand why this is a drive thru car wash and they don't clean it themselves. There was 6 people working on my car and I have had better results from when 1 person doing it. I think I was ripped off as paid £35 for what they said was a mini valet and have been happier with results at other places where it has been more than half the price. I had to point out that it wasn't hoovered fully.

Have used IMO for a few years now, always the drive through wash only. Generally satisfied with the different wash options and outcome. I’ve tried majority of the options from basic to top of range wash. Gets four stars as I believe the premium wash is quite expensive and often seems to change different wash option descriptions which can be a little inconsistent. But generally happy over the years and will monitor price.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!It was my first ever time using an IMO car wash I spent £40 for my car to not even be clean. I would expect my car to be gleaming after spending £40 I felt like I was taken advantage of 100%.The staff never explained to me that the dryer at the end moves up and down my car was still moving I was terrified it was my first ever time I did not know what to expect and I’ll be honest I did not have a huge amount of faith but it looked like the dryer was going to hit my car as my car was still moving and dryer wasn’t…so I slammed on the breaks - I take full responsibility for that I was told not to use my breaks but it was my first experience and my view from being inside the car and my car moving closer and closer to the dryer and the dryer not lifting up as my car was moving scared me - I have a brand new car an Audi so you can imagine that I of course did not want any harm to come to my car.The staff were extremely rude, I nearly passed out from fear, I was shaking, I felt sick and they were just shouting at my ‘why did you press your breaks can you not read the sign!!!’. Again I take responsibility for pressing the breaks despite the sign.One of the members of staff, I’m assuming the manager? was extremely sexist, I know how to drive, I am a very good driver in fact but never the less he proceeded to say ‘oh if it wasn’t for the fact that your a lady and you was a man I would have said what is wrong with you!’ He then took me over to the end of the car wash and made me watch the dryer and said see it won’t hit your car. This didn’t help when I was in shock of what happened I felt trapped and genuinely scared for my life in fact. Cars were piling up behind me that were still moving on the rails the car behind me was hitting my car (thankfully no damage) I was slamming on my horn for help and the help I received was a bunch of angry intimidating men!I am very upset, I spent £40 for an outside and inside clean my alloys were filthy I had to go home and clean them myself my windows were covered in water marks again, I had to clean those myself again and my leather seats had chemical splashes on them which I also had to clean myself and rubbish had just been left in the car! I could see the staff looking at me and laughing speaking in a foreign language. I left in shock and in tears.It was an awful experience, I would never use IMO again, I’d rather spend £20 going to a local hand wash and my car look 20 X better and the staff be friendly!I Contacted customer support did get a quick response so that’s good I suppose but they offered me a voucher like I am ever going to visit this place again and to contact Elmers End IMO directly to resolve my issues! What so I can be verbally attacked by a group of aggressive, sexist and intimidating men - no chance.NEVER AGAIN!

Quick automated car wash.Ordered mini valet in addition to an outside wash. Was charged £17 instead of £15 stated on a banner for some reason.Inside was cleaned well, except the boot. Worth checking the work before leaving.

I was ripped off! I paid £25 for a basic in and out with windows to be cleaned in and out. My car was still dirty and I needed to clean the windows myself straight after I got home. When I was still there I asked them to do my windows again and even the car body still had marks from birds poos. Absolutely not worthy your money, not for £25. For this quality I would pay maximum £10. I'll never use the services again. I'll go to next door Tesco next time.
