Everyone was friendly and took great care with our kittens. They were professional and the procedure went smoothly, with the after care well explained. Both kittens weren't traumatised when they came home, and the staff were all very complimentary about the kittens giving me the impression they were well cared for!

Just had our female rabbit spayed here and we are so impressed with how excellent their services are, they even do a follow 3 days later and 10 days. We had our buck rabbit neutered in another vets and weren't even offered these extra services.

The vet and nurse were both very helpful and friendly. They made us feel at ease with our new kitten and had a genuine interest in her wellbeing. The vet was precise and gentle with Layla and we came away without any doubt that she had the best treatment. Very happy!

I cannot commend or thank vets4pets Newtownabbey enough for their absolutely phenomenal service, from receptionists, nurses and of course the vet, Arthur. 5 stars are just not enough for this practice, should be 10! When Bella was diagnosed with incurable cancer all the staff were incredible, so caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, they took time to answer my many questions, absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and I never felt rushed or 'just another client'. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and 100% recommend them. Thank you Arthur and your team, 5 stars plus.
