I requested my money back for the remaining sessions on my account. I am really unhappy with the inconsistent information I am given. Nearly every session I attend I get told something different and yesterday was the final straw. I had a new lady who had only worked there for 3 months she told me. Even though I had been told I needed to be treated by a senior person because of the setting i need to have. I had an issue the last time I came as even though I made it extremely clear I was going on a beach holiday and I tan very easily the lady insisted 3 weeks after retuning home was fine for my next treatment. To the surprise of only her I expect, I could not have the treatment I was too tanned and it could have damaged my skin pigment ( or so I am told) I asked for the person who was meant to be doing the treatment who i saw onsite but frustraitingly my request was declined. She tried to tell me is was on my 5th treatment when the reality is I am nearer my 16th (just a little bit different). Even though i felt uneasy i accepted and when She went to start the treatment and I had to remind her to clean and mark the area she is treating. This left me with no confidence as to her knowledge and experience. She then offered to rebook me for 6 weeks time when my notes say i should be having 4 weekly treatments. So she clearly never read ANY of my notes. I spoke with the manager when she returned from her break as she is the only person who can request the refund. She apologised and said if she was aware then I would have had the person who I thought I was having. But she should not need to step in. One lady told me during a treatment, if I don't get treatments every 6 weeks all my hair will grow back. It's all too inconstant and I can't work out who is lying which makes me feel like a fool.

Really nice, clean place with friendly, professional staff and really impressive prices! I've had 3 sessions of laser hair removal now and everyone who's seen me has been lovely, but in my last session with Rabya I was so impressed by how informative, helpful and professional she was that I had to leave a review! Also very happy with the results so far!

I booked to have laser treatment and had my first session with Grace. She was lovely, chatty and I felt very comfortable. The treatment wasn’t painful at all and highly recommend the Therapie Clinic ☺️

A couple of times I had Kirsty and she was so friendly, professional and good.I give 4 stars because there is a tendency to constantly try to upsell. On my 5th session I was pushed quite heavily to buy 6 more sessions and told the prices were going to increase in winter, and then when I returned 6 weeks later for my final appointment, the prices were even lower. So it is difficult to trust what you actually need. I paid £235 for my 6 sessions which worked out at about the same price as waxing so definitely worth it. It is also much quicker and not as remotely as painful. At the moment the prices seem even lower at about £24 a session so it is a good time to buy. I am happy with my results after 6 sessions, my hair is quite thick so it hasn’t been completely removed but it is much easier to shave and I suffer no ingrown hairs and it is a lot thinner. Overall very pleased.

Dr Nancy is extremely accommodating, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products being used. Dr Nancy went out of her way to sort out an error with my appointment booking, which I'm very grateful for. I felt instantly at ease with the procedure being done because Dr Nancy explains the process very thoroughly. Many thanks!!

First time going and wasn't really sure what to expect. It was quick, easy and painless. Phoebe was really clear and helpful, and we were finished really quickly. Can't wait to go back and start to see results.

Jasmine was wonderful! The service was great and she did a fantastic facial. Results exceeded expectations! It was satisfying to see the built up congestion come out of my face in the water.

The staff were always lovely but personally didn’t feel like they were very experienced in laser. I paid for 10 sessions, but after 6 sessions I had kept saying I didn’t think it was working and they realised I hadn’t been put on the right program/machine for my skin type. So, I only had 4 sessions on the correct settings, so it didn’t end up working. It was pain free, which was good, but I don’t know if that was because the machine wasn’t great.
