I had the windows installed today and wanted to drop you a mail. I am sure you agree that since the pandemic good customer service, like many things, seems to be hard to come by, but your two guys that came today bucked that trend and gave me some faith that you can still get what you pay for.They not only did an exceptional job with real care and took time to explain what they were doing and why, they treated my house with respect and made me feel totally comfortable having them here. I have worked in a service industry for more years than I care to mention and understand what creates good service and these two nailed it.The whole process has been exceptional, from your visit to the chap that measured up, to the fitting today and I would recommend your company in the future without hesitation.

Once again Simon and his team excelled themselves on the installation of our new roof on the existing conservatory. It was a fast, competent and clean operation from start to finish, and they left the finished room just as sparkling as you would expect a new one to look. Infil offer a great service from initial contact through to site survey and completion. As the customer it feels seamless. The guys who fitted our new porch and back door were friendly, professional and tidied everything up. We were very pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Well what can I say…old school customer service…the very best…! Perfectionism in every detail of the work carried out! French doors and front door replaced by infill and throughout the whole process amazing customer service. We will be using again when we get our windows replaced. Thank you so much ☺️
