Excellent service. Kept in touch all the time and was punctual even in the middle of the night! We needed to leave at 02:30AM for Bristol. Driver was very pleasant and helpful.

Great service, really friendly and got me to the station on time.

I take a lot of taxis around the UK in my job. Often I’m let down by people being late, discourteous drivers, poor driving, and dirty cars. Not with Richard’s Taxis though - that’s what a taxi company should be like.

Fabulous taxi service. Very friendly & reliable. He wasn’t even on call and drove all the way from Port Talbot to Swansea to pick myself and my mother up after a stressful day in singleton hospital.

I had a taxi from Swansea to Porthcawl and back later on in the evening.The service was excellent and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using Richard’s taxi service again.

Highly disappointed. After coming out of work at 4 in the morning, I went to use these taxis to make sure I get home safe, as I have done on numerous occasions. However, as a young woman alone at such ridiculous hours I was treated so poorly by the taxi driver ( I never managed to get his name) that it left me feeling threatened and scared for how I was to get home safely. Being shouted at and treated so disrespectfully as I was I find it pretty disappointing. I think I may have to start taking my business to other taxi companies to make sure that I can get home safe and be treated with the respect that another person deserves.
