Just sold me a fridge with a foreign plug on it. They won't change it. I bought this and brought it home today as needed my insulin put in a fridge. I couldn't wait for a delivery date. They said they will send an engineer this week (for a fee) But I need a British fridge, not an engineer. They won't change the fridge either. I'm so upset. I can't believe this is even legal. I thought Currys were better than this. Staff are so rude. I cant believe management aren't addressing these issues.This was the hedge end store.

This is a place where you can buy your all electronic and electrical items including most of accessories. Good place to see the products with lot of selections to experience before you buy.

Had an amazing experience with Curry's -- as they did not manage to deliver my purchase due to the stairwell at my apartment, they tried their best and finally managed to find a suitable model with a successful delivery.The delivery personnel were extremely attentive when making sure the appliance work before leaving as well -- highly appreciated.

Click and collect showed one in stock, arrived at the store 40 minutes later and noticed a lot of demo models missing, took a photo because I had doubts and 20 minutes later the order is cancelled, at a guess they don't like being caught out selling the demo models, hence the wait on click and collect and the disinterested staff in the shop, can't sell a new product as new if you're caught boxing it up from the demo shelf can you?

Friendly and helpful staff with a huge selection of products. The store is neatly presented and in a good location, ensure that you follow all instructions if visiting by car as the car park is attended. The staff in the store are happy to assist however I did find the staff slightly eager (perhaps target driven/commission etc) but that didn't detract from their useful and helpful product information and recommendations.I find it great that in this location (and all Currys stores) they have free recycling for electrical items, whether it be a kettle or an extension lead you can bring it to any store and they'll safely dispose of and recycle it. Great corporate social responsibility from the brand and there is no purchase necessary. They also have an ink and toner recycling station here.Overall very happy with the store and have made purchases before, they're competitively priced and have a big selection of products. I would visit again.

Came in to buy a toaster and Wi-Fi extender - when I asked 2 male assistants to help me to find colour of toaster in right brand. I was told to wait, quite rudely, whilst they discussed shifts.I thought they were there to help Customers. I put don’t wifi extender and walked out.Won’t give Curry’s/PC world my custom in future

Had my worst experience ever with these people, we bought an ex display American fridge/freezer on the Monday & they said the earliest delivery would be Saturday which we accepted, paid an extra £20 for morning time slot so £50 in total plus £30 for removing old fridge. Friday night at 21:45 I received a text saying that your order would be delivered the following Friday, when I phoned the next morning & was told it hadn't arrived in the store which I knew wasn't right as it was ex display. Went to the store & they said the lorry turned up to pick items up but was already full? Hardly surprising people are buying online & shops are closing with that kind of service. Went online & got a brand new one cheaper than Curry's & delivered the following day. Won't be going to the shop again.

Staff were rude and not interesting in helping me. One individual was disgusting with a nasty stench and stained shirt. Go to hedge end or buy online don't waste your time.
