Batesy Skip Hire - The Real One

Very rude and unprofessional used them few times. They don’t collect the skips until 3 days after you call them to be collected so people through stuff in to it so they can extort people for more money.

Phoned nearly every skip yard in Belfast and Newtownabbey and Batesy skip hire was the cheapest. Phoned up and ordered skip and it was delivered within the hour. Girl on the phone was very helpful and driver was excellent, nothing was to much trouble for him. He was very courteous and professional. Had some concerns about getting skip removed as I'd heard it can take a while. However, this was not the case. Rang next day to have skip lifted and it was gone again within the hour. Again lorry driver was excellent. Would definitely recommend Batesy skip hire Crumlin Road...Top class service.Thank you.

They were lifting our neighbours skip and the delivery vehicle had a broken hydronic pipe and oil flooded onto the front of our driveway. The builders next door put sand on top and the driver said someone would be out to clear up. After nearly a week no clearing done. Many photo calls later and a very rude girl on the phone (she put the phone done on my hubby) still no clearing done. We have spoke to the”boss” who said it’s different company that lifts the skips, spoke to that company and still no joy. We have found both to be very unhelpful and rude. Our driveway is just a mess.

Skip firstly was 4 hours late kept workmen back half a day currently waiting over a week for the skip to be uplifted girl on the phone unpleasant & unprofessional normally use this company and never had a problem but this time it’s excuse after excuse

Terrible girl on the phone no Customer service at all really very rude. Needs to do a course. Waiting for skip to be lifted over a week. She keeps telling me definitely today or tomorrow. Never turn up. Wouldn't recommend.

Have had a couple of skips over the years from yourselves for my Roofing Business. After the cheek from the guy on the phone just because i didn’t hear him the first time is laughable. Do not recommend at all, not a professional outfit.

RUDE!!A company doing my garden hired a skip for the week. Was used and filled in 4 days didn't need it for the week. Didn't come to pick it up.They have been contacted by myself and the gardening company over 10 times and still the skip remains.Phoned again today to ask, the girl on the phone was extremely rude, told me it will be when someone is in the area. The skip has been on my driveway for over 5 weeks now!!Will never use this company and do not recommend.

This was an painless procedure ordering the skip paying for it and having it taken away again. The skip was placed in the best spot to make work easier and the replacement was delivered when required. We will need 1-3 more skips and will be more than happy to deal with a company that looks after their customers. On top of that I was amazed that Virgil remembered me from 24 years ago when I renovated my last home. I used them then and needed 12 skips to take away all the waste from our construction.It’s a pleasure doing business with a company that does not mess you about.

We have called the office for the skip to be collected on Wednesday and they never came out till Monday morning. Called on Friday to let them know that people are throwing stuff in to it and the girl on the phone wasn’t interested in listening and hung up the phone. They do this all the time always leave the collections late so they can make more money and leave people out of pockets and then make threats to through stuff in your property. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!

One of your drivers shouldn't have a license after the driving I've just witnessed ESPECIALLY with this load!They were doing at least 40 on a 30 mph road, I was pulled up at the side of the road indicating to pull onto the road and I could see them flying the whole way up the road (clearly with no intention to let me out) a car was coming down the road on the opposite side and they were clearly going to meet at the point I was at and instead of slowing down (like any competent driver would do in this situation) the Batesy driver kept at pace and erratically swerved about 2 feet from my vehicle at the last second just as the car had passed me. Bear in mind this load on their vehicle!!! I'm lucky the skip didn't fall off and kill me! Or the lady pushing her child in a buggy just further down the path!
