My Therapy Massage

I suffered from neck stiffness and shoulder pain. Nathan managed to unlock both my neck and pain and relieve my pain. Very professional but friendly at the same time. He spend time at the beginning to understand where the problem might be coming from and he also spend some time in the end to show me specific stretching exercises that would help me! I really recommend him if yiu suffer from neck and shoulder pain/stiffness!!

Nathan really helped me recover from what was the worst back/hip pain I’ve ever had. He clearly explained what he thought was happening to me (pinched nerves in leg caused by overly tight muscles), massively relieved the pain through intense massage and showed me how to take steps to stop it happening again with stretches and exercises. His knowledge of how the body works is impressive and his techniques are really effective. I am really grateful to him and highly recommend him.

This is the second time I have gone to Nathan for help. The first time was a neck problem; this time it was my lower back that was painful. Some therapists will massage without having diagnosed the underlying problem, and some physios aren't great at easing the problem with manipulation. Nathan strikes the perfect balance, performing massage therapy with a deep understanding of the way the body works. He is patient and careful in understanding the nature of the issue, then works systematically to both provide immediate relief but also address underlying problems. I always feel he is doing what is necessary and giving neither too many, nor too few sessions to fix the issue (my neck pain was addressed in a single session; the back took three). He is thoughtful, attentive, professional and most of all - effective. I will always go back to Nathan with sports injuries/musculo-skeletal problems, and I would recommend him to anyone.
