Avoid at all costs! This place should be forced to stop trading. After reading the mixed reviews on here I stupidly decided to give them a chance and ordered a sofa. After making payment I had no contact and had to chase delivery 3 times. After 3 calls and 2 no shows I asked for a refund. I've now had to chase the refund twice and been given more false promises. I'm going to have to give up on this as a bad job and get onto my c.card company to see if they can sort it out. SHOCKING! SHOCKING! SHOCKING!

Absolutely shocking customer service. These people have not delivered my bed, kept promising different dates and then did not deliver even though paid upfront. Absolutely appalling communication skills, would definitely NOT recommend using this company. Very unprofessional. Do not buy from them. Very bad experience with this company. 0 stars.

Very nice variety and huge collection

Poor customer service, I kept it simple, chose a carpet and agreed a price, paid half the deposit and agreed for it to be fitted 4 days later in the morning, was promised they will be here by 11:30am at the latest.Received a call from the owners son at 11:15am saying some of the fitters have not turned up, they will do my carpet in the afternoon but they'll deliver it first then the fitter will come later. Upon giving the address and simple directions, they were not comfortable with finding the house so they asked me to come to the shop and take the driver to the house.Upon doing this the delivery drivers said they were only here to deliver and they were going to leave the carpet, underlay and other bits outside in the garden even though the fitter may not come for a few hours. I insisted on them taking it inside due to potential rain and mud, the delivery drivers managed to get mud on the carpet.The fitter did a good job of fitting however another issue was the wrong door metal strip was given and again I had to go back to the shop to get the correct one.I would personally advise people to avoid Aslam Interiors due to poor management (was better and reliable when the original founder was in charge), poor work ethic, inflated prices and causing the customer to be at inconvenience.

Shocking service. Had to cancel the order, was promised to get the refund and after a month - still nothing. Had to chase them up through calls, messages just to get a response that they dont deal with refunds - there’s a specific person for that on Whatsapp. Person on whatsapp is not responsive. One star is too good for them. Avoid them.

Had my entire house carpet and laminate floor boards. Had someone out the next day for measurements and fitted within two days. Excellent customer service! Good quality carpet at at a great price. Professional and helpful service by Azhar. Highly recommend.

I guess I’m one of the lucky ones who didn’t buy from here. I went to the showroom, was given mixed answers so left confused. The price given was extremely high to what I had been quoted elsewhere. The person I dealt with asked me to pay half the deposit, YES half the deposit which was a high amount. Aren’t I just so lucky? Before I set off to pay a deposit I looked at the reviews on here and was gob smacked. Once piece of advice everyone, check the reviews and don’t go to the first place you see. The other place was so much cheaper and delivered on time with perfect service.

Aslam interiors did the flooring in my kitchen, and all the carpets in my house. Very prompt work that was clean and professional. Prices are reasonable and one I would recommend.

Was recommended to purchase beds from here. Ordered 2 beds & a mattress owner was very helpful. Received my order on the date agreed with a call before hand to let me know they are on the way. Delivery drivers assembled both beds with care. Both lads were so nice and respectful. They cleaned up after took the rubbish out. Beds are very good quality so was the mattress. My experience was good I recommend these guys. Thank you for your quality service.
