The staff were nice and the resturant had a nice atmosphere, unfortunately the selection of food is very limited and it didn't seem like the hot plate was turned on beause most of the dishes were cold. There is also an extremely limited selection of desserts (3 that are a part of the buffet price) and they were limited to one per person so they weren't really a part of the buffet. Also, unlike most other buffets, there is no salad bar.

Having been to this place a fair few times before over the past few years... Today was very disappointing. Barely any food out on the buffet & what was there was cold. Nothing was re-stocked, despite staff appearing to check the levels. Manager argumentative on complaining & claimed we had all eaten our 'quota' of food, despite the buffet being advertised as 'all you can eat'. Between 7 of us, we barely had the equivalent of 1 full plate of food each. Bad customer service. An actual response was that because we ate ice cream we must have finished when in actual fact we ate this because we were still hungry. I expect & have experienced better. A shame but will avoid from now on.

Ordered a takeaway for a family get together of 12. Very helpful and polite staff. Food was plentiful, fresh and tasted fabulous. Good value and would highly recommend.

Have had to edit this review since certain things have changed. The buffet has become smaller with less food available and it was very difficult to find a staff member to get the bill at the end. Prices aren't advertised so you have to guess. For reference, we paid about £20 per person. Used to be much better.Takeaway is still good.Original review:Takeaway is amazing, they do the best peking spare ribs ever. Food always arrives quickly, and hot. Always great service, very friendly, and you can pay by card on the phone.Eating in at the buffet is great, staff are friendly and very helpful, food is fresh and hot, when they've been low on certain foods they've brought some out especially.

Have just posted a photo ... We are really disappointed. Have used this place for YEARS but just taken delivery to include quarter crispy duck off the bone and received a box that isn't even half full. Never had such a meagre portion. Phoned to complain. They said it was the normal amount which we know from experience is not true. We will not return.

Awful. Everything cold. Duck was hard, like chewing on twigs. We haven't ordered here for a year or so, I don't know what's happened in that time as it was always great before.

I had the buffet which was tasty but only just warm, I like my food to be hot but I suppose you can't expect much more considering everything in on one of those buffet carts.When I went to pick my food there wasn't any crispy duck so I told the waiter who came back two minutes later with my own plate of duck piled high....it was excellent.The service was good and the food was good.

Tried to rip us off.We normally always order from here, food is average but service is normally quick.This time we decided to order and they refused to give us the deals that they advertise on their own menu. They refused free delivery and free drink or dish when ordering more tha the specified amount.The food is average but normally compensated by an easy service. Now they have failed that.Never again will we use them.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly service. The menu offered a wide range of options to suit all tastes, and everything we ordered was prepared to perfection. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with just the right level of background music to create a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. Five stars all around!
