I could not be happier with my new wood burning stove. The two Coastal Stoves engineers (one being the owner) that fitted it could not have been more helpful, polite and positive. Arrived early and cracked on completing it all by mid afternoon. The attention to detail and workmanship was fantastic.

This company is spot on ,They say and do what they say there going to doSharon was there on the day at the time she said to look at the repairs to the stove she give us a cost and said when they can do it and they done a perfect job .My 30 year old stove now looks like a new onevery clean when doing the job good price and job well doneThanks sharon and teamJason wilde

We had our Morso log burner fitted by costal stoves and I can't fault the job. Very friendly and professional installers who did a great job! Would recommend with out hesitation.

Had a multi fuel system put in by this company, well where do I begin had no end of problems with the system, complained & complained got no where, ended up getting another heatas engineer in to look at the system he red sticked it as it was unsafe to use.the systems been plumbed in wrong so many errors & things that are unsafe like plastic pipes & a plastic f+e tank! The tank & pipes must all be copper. wrong flue used & installed wrong, no data plate no completion cert, master radiator plumbed into pumped circuit i could go on & on & on. took our new guy nearly a month from start to finish to un do there mess, everything had to be ripped & started again withThe two installers are not even heatas registered (this comes direct from heatas, when confronted with this they said that richard & andy are registered & heatas are wrong lol) we ended up telling them we wanted a full refund or we would take them to small claims court, they refunded our money. Please avoid this company at all costs, if your reading this & you have had a system put in by them get it checked out by another heatas engineer as we cant have been the only ones, there a complete shambles of a company! if my review puts even one person off going there then ive done good! there's plenty of good installers around who do top notch work

This is for mark, if i get good service i leave good reviews, would you like a copy of the report from a heatas h004 installer who inspected the system built buy coastal stoves detailing all the things which were unsafe and did not met the regs?Or how about direct from heatas that Richard & andy (at the time of fitting our system) were not qualified to do so!They had every chance to get someone in too fix there mess but done nothing apart from fob us offSo im sooooo sorry if my open & honest review of the service i payed for offended your precious sensitivity
