Staff were lovely. Vet spent alot of time with my puppy and answering all my question and as a first time dog owner there was plenty. Receptionist was friendly and informative about health plan and what it entails

My dog was misdiagnosed at this vet surgery as merely being overweight so we put her on a restrictive diet only to find out she had a spleen tumour, it burst and she died within six months.How can a significant, large tumour be mistaken for obesity by a professional? I will never understand. We had a second opinion in a different Vet surgery who did a simple scan to reveal it was in fact a tumour, but by then, it was too late. She died the following morning.Devastation and anger does not even come close to the emotions my entire family have been feeling since her passing.

First time for us at Bute and Cowley vets as we have just moved onto the island.We took our dog Bruno for his yearly injection the young man was very thorough and checked him as well as his injection.Friendly reception staff.
