I don't usually get waxxed and am a red head so my hair is thick and strong. Janice is incredible at her job. Honestly if the pain scale is 0-10 even the most painful parts of a everything off bikini wax, it didn't exceed a 3 and for a few seconds. She puts you totally at ease. Knows exactly what she's doing, no going over an area several times. So quick I was blown away tbh. I am now wax convert and wouldn't consider using anyone else. I highly recommend
