Neil was friendly and positive on the phone, when I first contacted him. I explained the kind of condition my bike was in and he explained it would be either the basic or the intermediate service. As it turned out, he suggested all it needed was the basic service, so clearly Neil has integrity. He did the bike up a treat...and a day early. I'm very happy and will return with more work for him. Top guy; thoroughly recommended.

After struggling with fitting and alignment on new tire's I decided to contact Seahaven Cycles,In this day and ages I was fully exspecting to be told there it would take 7-10 days to get things sorted.Neil came over the very next day and sorted everything out in less than 45 minutes, everything was sorted in a clean & friendly manner and very reasonably priced.Thank you very much, I will be in contact in the future to get my second bike Serviced

Glad I found Neil, I contacted him and had a quick reply, and made arrangements for him to come to see my bike at my house. He sorted my problem, and made some suggestions how I can maintain my bike. Great service and a good price. Definitely recommend.

Neil collected our cycles from home which is a fantastic service, he told Me what he thought needed doing and a rough estimate. He returned the bikes that afternoon and explained what needed doing on both and gave me a written report with invoice. I was very happy with the service and price and would definitely recommend Neil for his friendly and professional service.

Wow, so pleased I have found Neil at Seahaven Cycles! He collected,.fixed and delivered back quickly. He was so easy to make arrangements with and fixed what was needed but not more than needed. Much better than trying to cart my bikes to the local bike store and a more trustworthy and personal approach. Very good value too. I will certainly be contacting Neil next time my bikes need TLC and highly recommend him to others.

What an amazing service from Seahaven cycles. I contacted Neil, as I had a fault on the back wheel after taking my bike out. Neil promptly came round to collect it. It was diagnosed, fixed and returned to me in no time at all. Neil took the time to show me the problem and reassured me it was fixed whilst offering helpful advice for the future. I couldn't be more happy with the level of customer service I received, along with Neils friendly and knowledgeable approach and very quick service. Highly recommend and will definitely use Seahaven Cycles services in the future. Thank you very much Neil.

Can’t recommend Neil enough! Found via google, emailed him and got a reply the same day, bike was booked in, collected on the booking day, fixed and given back within 2 hours, fantastic service, great pricing, helpful and happy to answer any questions, will be using him from now on!
