Martin was fantastic, we spoke about my bad habits which may be causing knots in my back, and offered advice on how to prevent issues. The deep tissue massage was excellent it really helped the pain I was having. 10/10

Meeting Martin over three years ago was a great stroke of luck and very good for our general health and wellbeing. After each visit we both sleep brilliantly and feel no aches or pains for at least two or three day s. He is a great listener and works with you to help you feel recharged and more mobile. We would heartily recommend him, there are three of us and he helps us all feel great.
