My son needed some extra drives installed in his new PC. Mark came out to us within a few hoursand was extremely friendly and helpful. He had the job completed in no time at all and my son was very happy with his work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Laptop and PC Store again in the future.

My work laptop wouldn’t work one day and after phoning around, this shop explained everything, very clearly, was knowledgeable and was the cheapest. The Technician Mark repaired my laptop by the following day and recovered all my valuable data to a USB drive. Highly recommend this place. 5 star service.

Excellent service, Mark managed to fix a restart problem with my 2012 Mac Book Pro that nobody else had been able to sort, and also updated my OS. I had a tight deadline at work and was quite worried about getting it done quickly but Mark managed to fix it super quick in a day, was really patient with all my questions and is also just a thoroughly nice helpful guy. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Fair price but job was not done properly. My laptop screen needed replacing but was then not fitted properly. My laptop now looks worse than before I brought it to get it fixed
