Really impressed with the service and quality of cleaning I received. It is clear they have thought carefully about the customers perspective and set up their business with customer service in mind. The two cleaners which I met were lovely and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I was also pleasantly surprised with what they could get done in 2 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family and if I need cleaning in the future I will look to them first. Thanks ladies :)

I have been working for Becky as a member of the Busy Bees team for 9 months now & the time has flown! Becky is extremely professional & very proud of her team & their work ethics. Becky is very approachable & supportive in finding me clients/hours that work alongside my other family commitments. I feel very lucky indeed to work for such lovely, friendly clients & it’s a pleasure to leave at the end of my shift, knowing that their homes are being left fresh and sparkling ... it’s the little things in life that matter, & doing this job makes me feel very proud knowing I’ve worked hard & that the clients are super happy with the result.

I contacted this great company to see if at short notice they could do a deep clean for my elderly frail parents. Courtney arrived very quickly and was just amazing. My Mum was made to feel comfortable and safe till I arrived after a nightmare journey from Gloucestershire.Courtney completed a superb deep clean of the bathroom and will now be attending every fortnight to help Mum out. Thank you for being so supportive and helping me persuade Mum she needs a cleaner.

Disappointing all round. In terms of the business side, Busy Bees lacked professionalism - missed appointments, wrong time/duration for cleaning, very poor communication, no plan circulated...I could go on.I was going to overlook these details but sadly the cleaning itself was of a very low standard. When I followed up with pictures to find out what happened I was met with a bombardment of text messages, one excuse after another, each one contradicting the last. I had hoped using this service would take away some of my 'life admin' but sadly it created more!If you have flexible availability, and looking for someone to give your house a quick once over I would imagine Busy Bees are not bad value for money but sadly for us it was one hassle after another and we won't be continuing.

Started working as part of the Busy Bees team recently and it's been one of the best things that happen to me this year. The Clients are lovely and it gives me a purpose, contact with other people (yes, with appropriate social distancing/masks when not possible) and some peace of mind that I will be able to pay my bills! Becky does her best to work around our availability and clients needs and it's hard work but so rewarding to see how we make a difference in people's lives :)I'd highly recommend working here!

Generally a good cleaning service provided with a flexible and friendly company. The standard of cleans was reasonable for the price but most importantly, we felt comfortable with everyone we met. It is always nerve wracking handing keys out to access your home but we never had any cause for concern with this team.The team were reliable for the majority of our time with BusyBees and I would feel happy to recommend them if you live in the local area.

I had a rather negative experiences with this company. The quality of the cleaning was very varied and on numerous occasions no one turned up. During the short period of time I was using this company, I had three different cleaners. I wouldn't recommend their service.

I have only been working with Busy Bees for a short amount time after leaving my job in education.Rebecca and the team have been nothing but supportive and have given me a fantastic work life balance. If I have ever had concerns or childcare issues they have been so understanding and helpful.The cleans and clients they have provided me have all been amazing and have fitted around me perfectly.I was very anxious to make this career change however I am so glad I did and couldn’t have asked for a better company to be apart of.

I work for Busy Bees and they are a friendly company, we all get on well, work hard to make sure everything is cleaned as the clients have requested. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a great, friendly service.
