They sale trainer which are size 14to 15 and at good price this only place that sell them for you to try on

Good selection of sports equipment & clothing.. The staff are totally not interested in helping you. A young lady supervisor on 1st floor can't or won't even answer when asked about getting some help with football boots selection. Never again. Decathlon from now on.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Every member of staff I came across was unprofessional. Stood slating a customer in the door way wishing he had an accident!!! Queued for a member of staff to then step in front with her clothes whilst there was a queue of customers. Will never shop here again. Exceptionally bad for your brand!

Got what I needed in such short notice, great quality jeans

It's a large store. I always find it hard to locate what I want in these stores. I think some kind of signage would be useful on entry e.g. mens, ladies, children's, shoes, different sports wear. My grandson is 12 years old but in a men's size medium so prices are always high for him, £29.99 for a pair of black joggers for PE lessons at school.

Poor customer service when trying to exchange a faulty product staff (emma)would not exchange without proof of purchase. eg receipt or bank stament.lost receipt.paid cash that rules bankstament out.Staff (emma)would not listen.Cortonwood store

I will never use this store again and would urge you to do the same. I was refused a refund for a leg sleeve, which was so ill fitting it actually restricted blood to my lower leg. Tried on took straight back to be told i would not be refunded its company policy to issue store credit or an exchange for another item. I said i dont want anything else , I want my money back to keep getting told again and again its store policy. I asked to speak to manager who repeated the same script, staff member printed store note whilst delivering the spiel so you can no longer request a refund. To say i was fuming was an understatement to the point i could see someone really losing their temper with staff and suggest management re look at their store policy" before one of their staff gets hurt by someone.Again I'd urge everybody not to shop at this place disgusted"

Not really great if you're a big guy that requires designer clothing most of the top brands only go up to 2XL, needs more cap choices
