Paul and Beth were amazing throughout the entire sale and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I could always get through to someone if I had a query, and emails were answered promptly by people who knew our case.After initially listing with Miles and Barr and being thoroughly disappointed with so many aspects of their service, we went with Gardner's. Not only did Gardner's get us an offer within two weeks, we achieved over 10% more for our house than Miles and Barr could get us in three months.I was initially apprehensive about listing with a small agent but I shouldn't have been. Paul and Beth were great throughout the entire process and I cannot thank them enough.

They took on marketing our very large run down house in October 21 and from the get go they were cheerful, positive always available and worked consistently hard at getting viewings.It took a long time to shift but the energy and belief never stopped.
