I was having problems with my phone as to texting. Called in on the off chance I could get some info and expecting to be told you go on to Web and it will sort it out. No! A very helpful assistant seated me down, asked for my phone, and sorted it in a jiffy. He then asked if I had any other problems as if I did he would sort it out, he then checked my account to see if I had a competitive package and he agreed that the one i had was very good. As my account had recently been transferred from Virgin Media to BT, I could not be any happier with the customer service I received.Then, to top it all, he told me if I had any future problems with my phone to just call in and see them. 100% satisfaction, thank you, BT Shop Cwmbran.

Great store.Staff are excellent will deal with any problems you got with your phone or tablet anything technical.Staff are well up on the knowledge of every phone / sim and all the best offers /deals in store.Staff will go the extra mile to help you.Very helpful over the phone as well to give advice when needed.Nothing is to much trouble for them.Would give them 11/10 if I could.Brilliant service always.Would recommend this network operator to everyone looking for great serviceGreat deals on phones tablets and SIM deals

Rude gentlemen front of house not helpful at all told to contact customer service did so an issue was resolved gentlemen couldn’t be bothered to help me deal with my enquiry was to busy standing round talking to colleagues

My son had an issue with his phone and quickly resolved by the staff member. The reason for 1 star is because she asked me about my broadband & how much I paid. I told her couldn't remember and I was recovering from a stroke & wasn't the tight time. However she persisted in telling me about your offer that your the cheapest about. I didn't really care too much in saving money and didn't like the persistence from your staff member. If someone isn't interested then you shouldn't continue with giving sales advice.

Awful customer service. My grandparents were recently scammed and drove to cwmbran to get some support in the shop. The staff were very unhelpful and just told them to ring up. I work in the industry and understand how it works… not everything should be about selling and the staff should be supporting elderly customers who do not understand how the systems work… I am disgusted with the lack of support they received. This needs to be addressed immediately because it is causing unnecessary stress for customers.
