Trading Places Estate Agents Stretford

Met Sara from the team for a house viewing last weekend. We have seen lots of houses with many different estate agents and Sara was far and away the best of the bunch. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had a long list of questions which she had already answered before we had asked any of them! There was also none of the high-pressure sales pitch we have got from other estate agents.An all round great experience that gives us great confidence moving forwards with Trading Places.

I have moved into an apartment in Stretford with Trading Places and I have to say after a lot of let downs and failures on other agents parts to provide correct information or turn up on time, Trading Places have already acted appropriately.Big shout out to Louise who has helped me no end.

Great service from Trading places Stretford . Its a trying time to sell a house but Sara and the team really did everything possible to secure a buyer and eventually it happened. The communication is great with updates by text, email and phone. I really liked the updates and feedback form following viewings. Special mention goes to Matt for going above and beyond and keeping an eye on the property for me. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I was looking to sell a property in the area.

Me and my partner bought our property which Trading Places. Even though we weren't their client, they were constantly on hand to help us through the difficult process with Solicitors and always felt like they were in our corner. We were so impressed by the level of service provided even when we weren't one of their clients. I would highly recommend using Trading Places when buying/selling properties and will definitely be using them in the future. Not a bad word to say.

This is my second time buying through Trading Places, and I couldn't rate them higher. The level of communication, care & detail from Sara is second to non. I think anyone would be hard pressed to use an Estate Agency who know the area better!

Can’t fault Trading Places. Staff are all lovely and Matt Butler ensured we received a smooth transaction with our sale. Very professional and happy to deal with any queries quickly. Would definitely use again and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.
