Had to use services of this company twice. Both times owner came, don't remember his name, but definitely knew his trade. Found problems fast, fixed, gave some advice. Hopefully will not have to call them anytime soon, but if I need, will not hesitate to and would recommend to anyone

Drain Away Drains came to fix a cracked waste pipe in my garden. A simple fix but my house had other ideas. A major blockage and a mystery was uncovered with how my drains actually worked. After hours of clearing away grease and grime it was discovered that the drain goes to next doors manhole. However where from there was another mystery. Drain Away Drains kept on investigating and eventually found the correct route and cleared the blockages. It was then found that it goes back to the drain in my garden, which probably hasn't seen waste water for months due to the sediment in the pipeline.The cracked pipe was fixed with expert skill saving another big spend and should hopefully be the end of the saga.Thanks again to Drain Away Drains for persevering and clearing up the blockage and uncovering the mystery of how my drainage runs. And to eventually getting to fix my initial problem.I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing or drainage needs.

Brilliant service came within an hour of me calling. Cleared blockage and provided camera view of drains to show they were all clear

excellent service, had bust pipe in my radiator. they advised me what i needed to do over the phone to reduce water damage and was here within the hour to fix it. They didnt charge a emergency call out fee and the price was excellent. due to the excellent experience i had with them, i will be booking them to redo our bathroom and shower room.

Called these guys to investigate and repair an underground leak from an outside tap (leak was under the patio). First rate job by Luke and Ben, all cleared away and it looks like they were never there. Highly recommended.

Great service, I rang and they was here the same day with in an hour of me calling.They couldn't do the leak that evening due to it getting dark, But 1st thing in the morning they were on the job and fixed within a few hours.I can't recommend them enough, I will definitely use them again.
