Select School Skiing - School Ski Trips

Having had a couple of years without a school ski trip it was a welcome relief to get back to the slopes with 50 school children! Select School Ski Trips made this an extremely enjoyable experience. Their Rep Drew was always ahead of the game facilitating the check in to the hotel, organising the collection and return of ski equipment and organising any booked evening activities. The hotel ( Le Plein Sud in Serre Chevalier) were also excellent and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. The trip went so well that we plan to do it all again next year but this time with 60 students.

I just got back from leading a secondary school ski trip to Vallnord, Andorra. The company has been brilliant to work with, at all stages! When we've needed to amend the booking (due to unfortunate drop outs), they helped immediately and the travel advisers have been so responsive.Also, due to an unprecedented lack of snow at the resort, the day we arrived, the resort announced that it was closing. Our resort rep worked so hard to provide an alternative option for us. It was arranged that a coach would transport us to and from a different resort about 25 minutes away from our hotel at no extra cost.In the end, the students we took had an amazing time and I've had lots of feedback from them and their parents saying how much they enjoyed the trip and the activities that they done.Select have honestly been brilliant to work with and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to book a school trip / tour!

We have recently returned from Andorra with 68 students and 7 staff. The trip organised by Select was outstanding. Prior to departure nothing was too much trouble and our tour organiser was extremely helpful. During the trip we were lucky enough to have 2 reps due to the size of our party and again they were wonderful and ironed out any small issues (which you always get) quickly and efficiently. We have already booked for next year!

We use Select School Travel (Select School Skiing) to book our annual school ski trips. They have looked after us well for many years and have built up a good working relationship with us and know our exact needs. From the initial discussions on planning our trips to the follow ups on our return the communication along the way is excellent and the whole process is handled with extreme professionalism.Whenever there have been any issues, for example a misspelt name on a ticket, they have been quick to deal with them and find a solution.The offer of a Select School Travel representative to come into school and talk to parents at our information evenings about a particular forthcoming trip that their children are participating on is highly welcomed by ourselves and is valued by the parents.I’d highly recommend Select School Travel (Select School Skiing) to anyone who is possibly looking at changing supplier or are new to running school trips.We look forward to working with Select again on our next ski trip!

Select were fantastic for our school ski trip to France. From the initial quotation to the resort departure, I cannot recommend Select enough. They were quick to reply and clear with all of their communication. Our accommodation was changed fairly last minute but the communication and management of this was second to none. We had another last minute change to the departure day, meaning we left a day before the half term rush, which was a brilliant move. The coach drivers, Steve and Phil, were kind and helpful, they managed every stage of the border crossing as well as stops. Our ski rep, Sue, was excellent- she was fun, approachable and understanding of all our needs. Everything was thought of and executed brilliantly.

They provided an amazing service for my first school ski trip.The communication was fantastic and the regular, weekly service of guidance and support was superb!I would definitely recommend this company for your school's ski trip.I will certainly be using this company year in, year out from now on.A brilliant company to work with!

Select were absolutely amazing with our school trip. Friendly, supportive and informative all the way through from the enquiry to the trip.Our resort rep was brilliant too, making sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves.We will definitely be booking a school trip with them again!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!From the minute we started the booking process, Select have been incredible. They've held my hand through every question I've asked.The flights, transfers and accommodation have been excellent.The food at our accommodation was brilliant - for 38 reasonably fussy kids, there was never an empty tummy. The chef went out of his way to ensure our lactose intolerant student ate something tasty every evening. They shifted our breakfast and dinner time at late notice and never raised an eyebrow at the inconvenience.Our in resort consultant Sue was brilliant! Running around to help us with birthday cakes and procuring extra helmets.This was my first time organising a school ski trip and what could have been a very stressful experience was made so much easier by Yana, helping me by email - even over weekends!Select School Skiing have been absolutely amazing and I would use them again without a seconds hesitation.There are 38 extremely happy students and 5 utterly shattered members of staff very grateful for Select School Skiing.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The company has no regard for the students mental or physical health. When we arrived at the airport, the coach that was organized by them was four hours late. Then when they arrived at one of the hotels, the food and hospitality was absolutely shambolic. The vegetarians were expected to eat rubbery cheese and something that I think resembled vegetarian meat. We have all cried over something that this mess of a company has done. For example when they organized our flights, we had a girl who needed priority as she had a ski cut her leg open and the cut was down to the bone but the company didn’t let us change the names on the tickets. Our teacher has been on the phone with them for hours and nothing has happened. Worst skiing experience I’ve ever had 0/5.
