Bought suspension from these guys it was worse than what I got taken out of my car. Not very professional. Out there to make money. Check all your parts properly before buying from here. Worst experience for used parts. Never again

Not as good as they thought they would beDon’t buy engines of these guys!I was overpriced, Engine an Labour!!The engine wasn’t any goodEven taking to the professionalsThere engine was the problem!!!Only refunded me £100Engine had low compression.Had it checked by VW themselves…I was still in my 30days period.

Fantastic service when getting my turbo issues diagnosed, repaired and fitted. They also made time to get my M.O.T done and explained the price breakdown before payment. My S.Leon is running like a dream again and I will definitely be using this garage again in the future if anything else arises.

I had a non fault accident and I originally took my car to another garage who had it for a while and never even looked at it. I got sick of being without my car so after hearing good things I brought it to Smashed. From start to finish the service was amazing. They kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on with my vehicle regularly. Also keeping me updated with the pricing so I knew how much to expect. My car was returned looking as good as new and the price was so reasonable. I’d definitely use them again. 10/10!!!

I couldn’t recommend smashing VW more highly. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Very accommodating, competent & professional. They have recently fixed both my & my wife’s car. Both had electrical glitches 1 with an airbag fault and the second needing work to code the infotainment system (stereo, sat-nav & handsfree systems) after it was stolen. From the initial communications and going above and beyond to help, I was put at ease of their expertise. Thanks again Wes and team.
